The MODEL created for the initial project, made in 2005, contemplated a very limited space, closer to reality and respecting our utopia.
What we achieved in Rio de Janeiro in terms of scale was something incalculable and would not be repeated, we knew that.
The model then took place in São Paulo, even though we didn't realize it at the time.
Only now.

A new apartment is an unattainable goal; a loved one is a gift that others do not understand; daily life is an example of simplicity and plenitude; and the residents of the condominium, who received Juan's help at the first difficulty, without any moral consideration, eliminate with the fury and spontaneous sadism of this strange being that is their NEIGHBOR.
